Job summary

Reveal Technology is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Agile Targeting to own end-to-end delivery. You will translate Geospatial BU strategy and customer commitments into a sequenced plan for an engineering pod, and manage schedule, scope, and risk with engineering, client, cloud, and QA teams.

You will drive backlog prioritization, cross-team coordination, and release quality while ensuring security and regulatory requirements are met for DoW, SOCOM, and coalition operators.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical program management, product management, or similar
• 7+ years of people management experience
• Experience with targeting workflow software and joint targeting processes
• Familiarity with DoD targeting security and regulatory requirements
• Ability to translate customer/operator needs into engineering work items
• Strong Agile delivery, backlog and release planning experience
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Own delivery plan for Agile Targeting campaigns, align with commitments
• Lead sprint and release planning and manage scope vs. schedule vs. quality
• Prioritize backlog and convert feedback into actionable engineering tasks
• Track dependencies across engine, client, cloud, and QA teams; raise risks
• Maintain delivery status and communicate changes to leadership
• Ensure definitions of done and high release quality
• Capture KPIs and inform future planning and prioritization
• Support customer demos, proposals, capture efforts, and executive briefings
• Partner with engineering on architecture and data integrations
• Align delivery with product, engineering, BD, and program teams
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and government contracts requirements
• Travel ~30%
