Job summary

Persistent Systems Limited seeks a Technical Program Manager with deep expertise in Agentic AI and UiPath Intelligent Automation to lead enterprise automation initiatives from discovery to production deployment.

You will drive governance, delivery pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Security, DevOps, and Operations teams while guiding onshore/offshore resources and stakeholders through complex programs.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in Program Management, Digital Transformation, Automation, or Technology Delivery.
• 5+ years managing enterprise-scale automation programs.
• Proven experience delivering UiPath-based automation initiatives.
• Experience leading global onshore/offshore teams.
• Proficiency in JIRA for project tracking and reporting.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI principles.
• UiPath certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Define the automation roadmap and delivery pipeline aligned with business goals.
• Establish governance, intake, prioritization, and delivery frameworks.
• Manage stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and risk escalation.
• Align business sponsors, architects, and delivery teams to ensure project success.
• Oversee the delivery of Agentic AI and UiPath automation projects.
• Track program risks, dependencies, and outcomes to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and architectural standards.
• Facilitate a smooth transition from implementation to support.
• Manage multiple AI and automation programs concurrently.
• Coordinate efforts across Business, IT, Security, DevOps, and Operations teams.
• Resolve technical blockers and ensure successful releases.
• Collaborate with Process Analysts and Offshore Architects on solution design and feasibility.
• Evaluate process suitability for UiPath RPA, Agent Builder, Document Understanding, Human-in-the-Loop, and AI-powered automation solutions.
