Persistent Systems is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (Agentic AI and UiPath Intelligent Automation) to drive enterprise automation initiatives from discovery through production deployment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, and establish governance to ensure delivery aligned with business objectives and responsible AI standards.

Qualifications

• Senior-level TPM with 12–15 years in PM, Digital Transformation, Automation, or Tech Delivery.
• Proven success delivering large-scale enterprise automation and AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Agentic AI and UiPath automation programs from discovery to production.
• Define automation roadmaps, delivery pipelines and strategic initiatives.
• Establish governance models, intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and delivery standards.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, executive communications, and program risk management.
• Partner with sponsors, architects and delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
• Oversee AI-powered automation delivery, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, budgets, and KPIs across the lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, architecture and Responsible AI.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage enterprise-wide Agentic AI and UiPath automation programs from discovery through production deployment.
• Define automation roadmaps, delivery pipelines, and strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Establish governance models, intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and delivery standards.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, executive communications, and program-level risk management.
• Partner with business sponsors, architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee delivery of AI-powered automation solutions while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and business outcomes.
• Monitor program risks, dependencies, budgets, and key performance metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, architecture, and responsible AI standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, IT, Security, DevOps, Operations, and Automation practices.
• Assess automation opportunities and solution feasibility using UiPath RPA, Agent Builder, Document Understanding, Human-in-the-Loop, and other intelligent automation capabilities.

What You'll Bring

• 12-15 years of experience in Program Management, Digital Transformation, Automation, or Technology Delivery.
• Proven success in managing large-scale enterprise automation and AI transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in UiPath Intelligent Automation platforms and ecosystem components.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex automation programs across global onshore and offshore teams.
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and enterprise AI adoption frameworks.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Hands-on experience using JIRA and program management tools for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security controls, compliance requirements, and Responsible AI principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• UiPath Certification along with the ability to drive business value through scalable and innovative automation solutions.
