You will partner closely with software engineering, robotics, mechatronics, controls, systems, quality, manufacturing, and production engineering teams to deliver new capabilities from concept through validation, production release, and customer deployment. The platform is built on ROS 2-based software, computer vision, robotic manipulators, sensors, controls, and automation applications. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with demonstrated project leadership skills and the ability to drive complex engineering programs across multiple teams and development environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of program/project management principles and methodologies
• Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of engineering concepts, with the ability to communicate effectively across mechanical and software engineering teams
• Experience supporting or driving projects involving robotics
• Ability to collaborate with teams across different regions, including India and the U.S., with flexibility to participate in occasional evening meetings
• High-level understanding of AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot for reporting and productivity purposes
• General understanding of robotics technologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
