Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large-scale infra and application migration, coordinating with application, infrastructure, network, cloud, and project teams to manage readiness, testing, risks, issues, dependencies, and signoff.

You will drive disaster recovery planning and adapt plans as architectures change, use ServiceNow and CMDB for relationships and reporting, and track activities in Azure DevOps, delivering clear updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6–7+ years of Technical Program/Project Management experience in enterprise infra or app environments.
• Experience driving technology migrations with readiness, testing, risks, dependencies and signoff.
• Strong DR understanding with experience planning and testing DR scenarios.
• Solid infra knowledge across apps, servers, networking, on‑prem/hybrid, and AWS.
• Experience with ServiceNow/CMDB navigation, server relationships and reporting.
• Excellent communication and execution skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with data center, infrastructure, cloud, or application migrations.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Knowledge of IT change management and organizational change management (OCM).
• Experience with ContactMonkey or similar communication tools.

Job Description

This Program Manager will support a large-scale infrastructure and application migration initiative, helping drive application readiness as workloads prepare to migrate to the Dallas data center while Disaster Recovery capabilities are supported through the cloud. The individual will work closely with application, infrastructure, network, cloud, and project teams to manage readiness, testing, risks, issues, dependencies, and application signoff. They will play a key role in executing the DR strategy and adjusting plans as application architectures or infrastructure requirements change. This person will also utilize ServiceNow and CMDB reporting to understand server and application relationships, track program activities through tools such as ADO, and provide clear written updates to stakeholders. This is a highly execution-focused and accountable role, requiring someone who is self-motivated, agile, comfortable working across technical teams, and able to take direction and independently drive work through completion.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong communication and execution skills, with the ability to independently drive cross-functional teams, hold stakeholders accountable, and adapt as requirements change.
