Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead all Scrum meetings (Daily Stand-ups, Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Manage the full SDLC of .NET Core and MVC applications, ensuring sprints are completed on time.
• Act as the primary IT liaison for technical integrations with third-party vendors and internal projects.
• Coordinate the testing lifecycle and manage deployment processes with QA.
• Provide transparent reporting on team velocity and project health to leadership.
• Manage BRD intake and drive design sessions to closure with stakeholders.

Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Miami, FL (required);
• Experience with IT project management (5-7 years);
• Experience with Scrum Master responsibilities in an Agile environment (3+ years);
• Experience with Azure DevOps for sprint management and tracking;
• Experience with .NET Core and MVC application project management;
• Experience with complex integrations involving third-party SaaS or legacy database systems (Oracle);
• Experience with deployment pipelines;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP-ACP certification;
• Experience with functional gap analysis and requirement gathering;
• Experience with Oracle Cloud applications (Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Permitting and Licensing/OPAL);
• Experience moving a team from manual to automated deployment processes.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead all Scrum meetings, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives;
• Manage the full SDLC of .NET Core and MVC applications, ensuring sprints are completed on time and blockers are removed;
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical integrations with third-party vendors and internal enterprise projects;
• Serve as the primary IT liaison for the Oracle Permitting and Licensing (OPAL) implementation, coordinating integration touchpoints;
• Coordinate the testing lifecycle and manage deployment processes, collaborating with QA to ensure software stability;
• Provide transparent reporting on team velocity, sprint progress, and project health to leadership;
• Manage BRD intake, facilitate review/design sessions, and drive questions and clarifications to closure with stakeholders.
