We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex consumer device software programs from concept through production. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, technical program execution, and the ability to drive alignment across software, hardware, firmware, and product teams.
The ideal candidate has experience managing large-scale product development initiatives, driving launch readiness, mitigating risks, and delivering high-quality consumer products within aggressive timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager supporting consumer device or hardware-related software programs.
- Proven experience managing products from development through production launch.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product development processes.
- Experience leading highly cross-functional initiatives involving multiple engineering disciplines.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing complex programs with significant dependencies and tight timelines.
- Ability to communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PMI, or similar project/program management certification.
- Experience working with consumer electronics, wearable devices, mobile products, or connected hardware.
- Experience with battery life optimization, power performance, firmware, embedded systems, or device system health initiatives.
- Experience working within large-scale technology organizations.
- MBA or advanced technical degree.
