Qualifications

Title: Technical Program Manager

Industry: Autonomous Vehicle / Technology

Location: Foster City, CA

Duration: Approximately 6 months

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze cross-functional information to standardize program management templates, deliverable tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with engineering and product stakeholders to define, structure, and track key technical program deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, tooling improvements, and increased program efficiency.
• Build and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to monitor program progress and performance.
• Manage assigned projects independently, participate in deliverable reviews, and build strong cross-functional relationships to drive execution. *The role is fully onsite, five days per week.*

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or quantitative field such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated potential for growth.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, manage projects from concept through completion, and maintain a builder’s mindset.
• Demonstrated technical curiosity through academic, personal, competitive, hackathon, or hands‑on technical projects, with an interest in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or complex software and hardware systems.
• Strong collaboration skills; internship experience, familiarity with Jira, or basic Python/SQL scripting and data analysis experience is advantageous.
