Job summary

Flexton Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Project/Program Manager to lead complex e-commerce projects from inception to implementation. You will collaborate with engineering, design, product, sales, operations, and other PMs to deliver products and services.

The role emphasizes strong program management skills, Agile practices, and domain knowledge in live commerce and customer-facing ecommerce systems. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of program management experience in a product management & development context.
• Experience in eCommerce, marketplace, or retail preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies in an Agile context.
• Proficient in program management and collaboration tools.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, product, sales, ops, and PM counterparts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project/Program Manager to join the organization, one of the fastest growing teams. You will be managing complex e-commerce projects from inception to implementation, and partnering with stakeholders horizontally and vertically within the organization.

Requirements

5-7 years of program management experience working in a Product Management & development context required. eCommerce, marketplace, or retail experience preferred.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and prior experience operating in an Agile context.

Proficiency in program management and collaboration tools.

Domain exp specific to live commerce, customer-facing applications in ecommerce, understand end to end system(like what kind of product they have worked on), architectural knowledge and moved to TPM.

Experience working with engineering, design, product, sales, ops, and program management counterparts to deliver products/services

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
