The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, experience in Technical Program Management, and a proven track record of managing complex projects in agile environments. Responsibilities include supporting seller listing, transaction flows, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. Qualifications

About The Role:

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong engineering background to drive end-to-end programs across Seller Experience, Monetization, and Local Marketplace initiatives. This role partners closely with Product and Engineering teams to support seller listing, transaction flows, fulfillment, and revenue‑generating features.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering with a strong experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management, preferably within the Marketplace or eCommerce domain (required).
• Software Engineering or technical background (software, systems, or equivalent technical understanding).
• Experince managing end-to-end program delivery across Seller Experience, Local, and Monetization workstreams.
• Experience interacting directly with engineering teams and product managers.
• High-level understanding of the SDLC and experience working with engineering teams in agile environments.
• Experience in managing E2E workflows involving engineering teams, product managers, design, data, and business stakeholders, Cross-Functional Collaboration.
