Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technical programs from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, business, and operations teams to define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Drive technology initiatives and process improvements across internal teams, with a focus on scalability and operational efficiency.
• Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with retail business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into technical requirements and actionable project plans.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide regular status updates, and communicate program progress, risks, and key decisions to leadership.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consulting partners to resolve blockers and maintain project momentum.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), program metrics, and deliverables to measure project success.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through software, technology platforms, automation, and system integrations.
• Ensure effective change management, documentation, and adoption of new technology solutions across the organization.
