Job summary

Otava RF, Inc. in Moorestown, NJ, is seeking a Program / Supply Chain Manager to oversee complex RF/mmWave IC and hardware development programs from concept through tape-out and volume production.

You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources across RFIC design, packaging, test labs, and operations, while ensuring compliance with defense regulations and ITAR where applicable. The role offers opportunities for growth within a small, fast-moving company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of project or program management in semiconductor, defense, or high-tech hardware.
• U.S. citizenship or green card holder is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of RF IC and hardware development programs.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources across RFIC, EM/package design, test lab and operations.
• Act as programmatic point of contact for key external customers and defense/commercial partners.
• Track milestones, manage risks, and resolve schedule or resource bottlenecks.
• Align project progress with business goals and product strategy.
• Facilitate technical communication during design reviews and status updates.
• Serve as operational contact for wafer foundries and assembly/packaging vendors.
• Ensure supply chain processes conform to defense, aerospace, and ITAR regulations where applicable.
• Mitigate material risks to support test labs and customer sampling timelines.
