Job summary

Gabriele & Company in the Brockton, MA area is seeking a Program Manager for RF Engineering to lead programs from concept through production in an ESA initiative. U.S. Citizenship required in an AS9100/ITAR environment.

You will drive RF design and test, coordinate across RF, electrical, mechanical, and systems teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while interfacing with customers and stakeholders. Experience in defense/aerospace programs and strong program management skills are

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical, RF, or Systems Engineering (or related).
• 5-10+ years in RF, microwave, antenna, or defense/aerospace electronics; 3+ years managing programs.
• Working knowledge of RF design, antenna systems, and RF test.
• MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools.
• Preferred: ESA, phased array, radar, or SATCOM programs; DoD program experience; PMP; EVM.

• Lead cross-functional programs spanning RF, electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering.
• Own program schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource plans.
• Run design reviews and customer milestone meetings; serve as primary customer interface.
• Identify and mitigate technical, cost, and schedule risk.
• Manage ECRs/ECOs and drive programs through qualification and production readiness.
• Support proposals, cost estimates, and customer presentations.

Program Manager - RF Engineering - Brockton, MA area

Our client, a growing designer and manufacturer of RF and microwave electronics for the defense and aerospace markets, is adding this new position to support its electronically steered antenna (ESA) initiative. AS9100 / ITAR environment. U.S. Citizenship required.

This role leads RF hardware programs from concept through production. We need a technically credible program leader who understands RF design and test and can drive engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs spanning RF, electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering.

Compensation = $120K - $130K+ with additional bonus potential and corporate benefits.
