Job summary

TechClub Inc in Mountain View, CA is seeking an experienced Senior Release Manager to lead enterprise release programs across multiple teams in a hybrid setup.

The role requires 10+ years in release management, strong SDLC/DevOps knowledge, cloud familiarity, and exceptional stakeholder communication. You will optimize governance, risk, and costing practices while aligning delivery with business goals.

Proficiency with FinOps tooling and BI reporting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder, executive, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong risk management, planning, reporting, data management, and documentation capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence or reporting tools.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with changing priorities.

Location: Mountain View, CA. Hybrid (3 days office, ~2 days remote)

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including substantial experience in enterprise release management and technical program delivery.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional, multi-team technical programs.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and release governance.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
