Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project, program, or technical program management experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong roadmap, timeline, deliverable, and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience with program evaluation, learning design, assessment, research, or a related field.
• Experience with survey design, interviews, basic statistics, and/or mixed-methods analysis.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana.
• Experience with data/visualization tools such as Airtable, HubSpot, or similar.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools in day-to-day workflows.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to manage multiple concurrent, mission-driven programs and bring structure, organization, and accountability to a fast-moving environment. This individual will work closely with program leadership to manage roadmaps, deliverables, timelines, stakeholders, and cross-program priorities.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can quickly absorb complex information, create structure without rigidity, and independently drive work forward. This is not an engineering-focused TPM role; experience with program evaluation, learning/assessment, data, and practical AI usage is highly valued.
