Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager II to lead enterprise technology initiatives across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure and Operations. This remote contract role requires strong executive communication and expertise in migrations, cloud technologies, and complex integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise technology programs.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing migrations, integrations, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and distributed systems, especially AWS.

Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide technology initiatives across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations teams. The role will drive complex platform, migration, integration, and transformation programs while partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $65.00 to $75.00/hr. w2

Experience Requirements

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise technology programs.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing complex migrations, integrations, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Knowledge of modern software development practices, cloud technologies, and distributed systems.
• Experience working within AWS and modern cloud environments.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and reporting capabilities.
• Oracle Fusion experience (HCM, ERP, EPM).
• Corporate systems, finance systems, HRIS, ERP, or enterprise application implementation experience.
• Experience in high-growth technology organizations.
