Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking a seasoned TPM/Program Manager to lead large programs in Bellevue, WA. You will partner with business stakeholders, managers, and technical leads to understand roadmaps and drive execution of project plans.

Strong emphasis on executive reporting and cross‑team coordination is essential. You will unblock teams, manage risks, track progress, and communicate status to senior leadership.

• Proven track record of program/project management experience.
• Extensive experience with Scrum and Agile development teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business stakeholders, Managers, Technical leads, and Team Members to understand roadmap.
• Create and execute project plans and timelines.
• Unblock team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Track progress on all projects, generate reports, and highlight risks and issues.
• Communicate progress to all stakeholders and solicit required support.

$75.00 - $80.00 /hr.

Details/Scope of the project:

• TPM who handles large Programs and strong in Executive Reporting and Stakeholder management.
• Manage Large projects/program
• Interact with business stakeholders, Managers, Technical leads, Team Members to understand roadmap
• Create and execute project plans
• Unblock team members where needed to ensure project timelines are met
• Track progress on all projects, create reports and highlight project risks and issues Communicate with all stakeholders on progress and ask for help as needed Experience and Skills
• Proven track record of program/project management experience
• Extensive experience with Scrum and Agile development teams
• Create and track intake across multiple teams and ensure tasks are completed.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and experience
• Experience in effectively dealing with multiple stakeholders including senior management Proven experience on Jira, Confluence Proficiency in MS Office ( Excel, Powerpoint etc

Pay Transparency:

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $75.00 - $80.00 /hour. As a non-exempt position, this role will be eligible for overtime, at 1.5 times the base rate, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
