Job summary

Zetier, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and manage $10m+ DoD/IC contracts from our primary office in Arlington, VA. The role requires directing cross-functional teams, coordinating with customers, and delivering programs on schedule and within budget in a security-conscious environment.

Hybrid work is available based on program needs. Candidates must have 10+ years in DoD/IC program management, experience with prime/subcontracting, and an active U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of DoD/IC program management experience.
• Proven track record managing prime contracts and subcontracts.
• Experience handling sensitive customer discussions and negotiations.
• Experience managing contract deliverables and financial projections.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFAR compliance (Reps & Certs).
• Experience leading cross-functional internal and external teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage $10m+ contracts within DoD/IC domains.

Zetier seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and manage $10m+ contracts within the cybersecurity and operations domains supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). Responsibilities include managing multi-year OCO/DCO programs with geographically distributed subcontractors, providing strategic leadership and oversight to cross-functional teams, leading customer interactions and briefings, overseeing program financials, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and regulatory standards..

Required:

• 10+ years of DoD/IC program management experience
• Proven track record managing prime contracts and subcontracts
• Proficiency with sensitive customer discussions and negotiations
• Experience managing contract deliverables and financial projections
• Familiarity with FAR/DFAR compliance (e.g. Reps & Certs)
• Experience managing cross-functional internal and external teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Active U.S. security clearance

Desired:

• Technical background in DoD/IC engineering or program management
• Experience in cybersecurity and/or intelligence operations
• Insights to procurement processes (e.g. BAAs, RFIs, RFPs)
• Background in CPFF, Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials
• Experience leading prime proposal and whitepaper writing efforts
• Established network of industry contacts and relationships
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, RMF, STIG)
• Experience with Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs)
• PMP or equivalent certification
