Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Technical Program Management Intern - B21 in Seattle, combining product, engineering, and cross-functional collaboration to drive high-impact technology programs. You will help with scoping, planning, dependency mapping, risk management, and status reporting over a 3-month internship.

This hybrid internship requires enrollment in a Bachelor's program and an on-site/hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant field with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May/June 2028.
Experience engaging with cross-functional partners (product, engineering, and other teams).
Ability to work from Docusign's Seattle hub in a hybrid arrangement in line with internship residency and on-site work policy.

Responsibilities

Support planning for one or more B21 technology programs or workstreams, including scope definition, milestones, and success criteria.
Build and maintain dependency maps and risk/issue logs for assigned workstreams.
Own regular status reporting, distilling progress and risks into clear updates for leadership and partners.
Coordinate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on priorities, timelines, and trade-offs.
Help organize and facilitate key ceremonies or touchpoints and capture decisions and actions items.
Maintain program documentation and dashboards for progress visibility.
Partner with the mentor and B21 TPM team to improve program management practices.
