What you’ll do

The Technical Program Management Intern - B21 will help drive one or more high-impact B21 technology programs or workstreams, working closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders. They will support scoping, definition of done, delivery planning, dependency mapping, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, and clear status reporting for initiatives that contribute directly to the B21 roadmap and business outcomes. This is an internship role for 3 months of duration. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Technical Program Manager - B21.

Responsibility

  • Build and maintain dependency maps and risk/issue logs for assigned workstreams

  • Own regular status reporting, helping distill complex progress and risks into clear, concise updates for leadership and partners

  • Coordinate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on priorities, timelines, and trade-offs

  • Help organize and facilitate key ceremonies or touchpoints (e.g., planning sessions, syncs, reviews) and capture decisions and action items

  • Maintain program documentation and dashboards so the team has an accurate, up‑to‑date view of progress

  • Partner with the mentor and B21 TPM team to continuously improve program management practices and learn best‑in‑class TPM skills
