Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with expected graduation between December 2027 and May/June 2028.
• Experience engaging with cross-functional partners (product, engineering, and other teams).
• Ability to work from Docusign's Seattle hub in a hybrid arrangement in line with internship residency and on-site work policy.

Responsibilities

• Support planning for one or more B21 technology programs or workstreams, including scope definition, milestones, and success criteria.
• Build and maintain dependency maps and risk/issue logs for assigned workstreams.
• Own regular status reporting, distill complex progress and risks into clear updates for leadership and partners.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on priorities, timelines, and trade-offs.
• Help organize and facilitate key ceremonies or touchpoints and capture decisions and action items.
• Maintain program documentation and dashboards so the team has an up-to-date view of progress.
• Partner with the mentor and B21 TPM team to improve program management practices.
