Job summary

Mattel Game Studios seeks a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to own cross‑functional programs powering publishing and product development for Mattel gaming titles.

You will partner with engineering, product, design, security, analytics, and external studios to plan and deliver systems and services for development, deployment, and live operations. This hands‑on role requires turning ambiguity into clear execution plans and a trusted source of truth for schedules.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of technical product or program management delivering software services.
• Experience planning with engineering teams; hands-on development valued.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive cross-functional technical programs within Game Studios.
• Translate goals into epics/stories; manage schedules, dependencies and risks.
• Lead sprint ceremonies, maintain backlog readiness, and publish weekly updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external studios to align scope and delivery.
