Job summary

Mattel Sales Corp. in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to own cross-functional engineering programs within Mattel Game Studios’ publishing and product development.

You will partner with engineering, product, design/UX, security & privacy, analytics, and external studios to plan and deliver the systems that power development, deployment, and live operations of Mattel gaming products. This is a hands-on leadership role that turns ambiguity into clear execution plans.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience delivering software services.
• Deep experience in product/project planning with engineering teams; hands-on development experience valued.
• Solid working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and program planning tools; keep plans current.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy shared game services and platform capabilities for Mattel self-published games.
• Drive execution across the product development lifecycle with clear epics and stories.
• Lead sprint ceremonies and maintain sprint-ready backlog and dependencies.
• Own the program source of truth (Jira/Confluence) and publish weekly updates.
• Leverage internal Mattel technologies while coordinating with partners and studios.
• Improve efficiency in LiveOps, analytics, and community/commerce enablement.
