Job summary

HYVE Solutions seeks a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of network/rack programs, aligning firmware domains and coordinating with hardware, integration test, and operations teams. You’ll drive EVT/DVT/PVT, develop plans, manage risks, and ensure on-time rack deployment in data center environments.

Minimum 5–8+ years in hardware or system-level program management, strong Jira/Confluence skills, and a Bachelor’s in a related field are required. This role is based in Fremont, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related field.
• 5–8+ years of hardware or system‑level program management experience.
• Strong understanding of firmware domains (BMC, BIOS, system FW).
• Experience with data center rack systems and system‑level integration across hardware and firmware.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of customer network/rack programs, including firmware and system integration readiness.
• Drive alignment across firmware domains (BMC, BIOS, system FW) and coordinate with hardware/integration test teams.
• Lead rack‑level integration efforts ensuring compatibility across hardware, firmware, and data center infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with risk identification and dependency management.
• Collaborate with Design, Hardware Integration, Validation, Manufacturing, and Operations to align scope and deliverables.
