Job summary

Riverside Research Institute is seeking a Program Integrator to oversee leaders of external technical projects from initiation to delivery. You will manage the project stream, define requirements with internal customers, and coordinate budgets and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

As the lead, you will liaise with stakeholders such as GIISR, MAJCOMs, and industry partners to align roadmaps with CONOPs/requirements, applying data engineering and modern architectures to solve

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in a relevant technical field.
• 8+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree (or 6+ with a master’s).
• Experience leading small technical, project-focused teams.
• Experience with data engineering concepts and messaging frameworks.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Understanding of DoD data standards and interoperability.
• Experience with DoD program management support and AI/ML applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor and vendor efforts in planning, development, testing and deployment.
• Translate requirements into a cohesive capability roadmap aligned with DoD needs.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders to leverage collaborations and tech integration.
• Organize technical exchanges between government, vendors, and providers.
• Advise program manager on progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Assist in authoring contract documents and evaluating proposals.
• Apply data engineering and modern software architecture to system integration.
• Solve complex integration challenges and drive projects forward.
• Travel to technical planning meetings as required.
