Job summary

Riverside Research Institute seeks a full-time Intelligence Program Manager to support NASIC at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of capability development, contract execution, and resourcing to meet squadron requirements.

Qualifications

  • Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication.
  • Bachelor’s in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields.
  • Intelligence professional with a minimum of 10 years’ experience supporting all aspects of the intelligence cycle including analysis and production.
  • Experience managing resources (time, people, money) to accomplish tasks on enduring projects.
  • Effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction.
  • Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel.
  • Open to occasional travel.

Responsibilities

  • Support contract administration including management of deliverables and invoicing; track obligations/expenditures.
  • Assist with planning, programming, and budget execution; identify guidance, resource constraints, and monitor investment by mission area.
  • Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with government and contract mission partners across the IC and DoD.
  • Coordinate meetings, working groups, or tiger teams; prepare minutes, track project status, draft white papers/briefings and present recommendations.
  • Evaluate production processes, explore new mission sets, and conduct studies or prepare an analysis of alternatives; present recommendations.
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Overview

Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Intelligence Program Manager to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team conducting studies, exploring new mission sets, or managing a variety of intelligence contracts and task orders on behalf of the customer. The Intelligence Program Manager will provide comprehensive program management support at the squadron level in alignment with NASIC mission priorities. This role manages the full lifecycle of capability development efforts, supports contract execution, and ensures timely resourcing and delivery of squadron requirements. Candidates must be proficient in standard office software applications and capable of devising practical and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing production processes, explore new mission sets, and conduct studies or prepare an analysis of alternatives; present recommendations to decision makers a required

  • Open to occasional travel

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) intelligence analysis and production processes
  • Familiarity with various NASIC contract vehicles such as MEGASTAR, NOVASTAR and COMET
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Service Now, and MS Power BI
  • Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history or related field
  • Professional certifications in project management, contracting, requirements management, and/or lifecycle logistics (e.g. PMP, DAWIA)

$130,000- $150,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
