Pixalate, Inc is seeking a Technical Program Director to lead complex engineering initiatives across the US. The role emphasizes driving initiatives, aligning distributed teams, and delivering projects on schedule.

You will collaborate with development, infrastructure, and data engineering teams, manage priorities, and communicate with executives to ensure alignment with business goals. Hybrid in VA/NY areas, travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical project management experience in software development.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience managing projects across distributed teams and multiple time zones.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate technical discussions with engineering teams.
• Experience with project management tools and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop project roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Manage resource allocation and prioritization across engineering teams.
• Track progress and adjust plans based on changing requirements.
• Ensure consistent delivery cadence across multiple projects.
• Provide regular status updates to executives and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business objectives.
• Manage expectations and negotiate scope, timeline, and resource trade-offs.
• Maintain transparent communication across international teams.
• Facilitate team meetings and status sync-ups across multiple time zones.
• Remove blockers to enable team productivity.
• Foster collaboration between development, infrastructure, and data engineering teams.
• Drive knowledge sharing and documentation across distributed teams.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track dependencies across multiple projects and teams.
• Establish and optimize project management best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on team feedback.
