Qualifications

• Experience supporting, implementing, testing, or troubleshooting business software.
• Comfortable working across departments and with various technical tools.
• Ability to translate complex technical issues for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Develop deep working knowledge of QuoteWerks and its components.
• Perform hands-on product validation of new features and bug fixes.
• Serve as a technical escalation point between Support and Development.
• Communicate product changes to support and documentation teams.
• Assist Sales with complex prospects and product questions.
