Job summary

USM is seeking a Technical Product Specialist to serve as the product expert, bridging product development, sales, marketing and customer support. You will ensure market needs are met and products deliver value to customers.

The role involves close collaboration across teams, translating strategy into actionable plans, and presenting to stakeholders. Position based in Auburn, NH with travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales enablement tasks including internal training sessions for sales and service; build internal/external collateral; support customer meetings and track performance of product launches.
• Maintain expertise in USM’s products, clients and competitors; make recommendations on business improvements.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, create business cases, and project plans to be executed.
• Collaborate with different individuals to spearhead the definition, planning and implementation of multiple product improvement initiatives.
• Perform market research as needed to support product strategies.
• Proactively resolve concerns while navigating organizational dynamics.
• Represent USM effectively to internal and external stakeholders, including presentations and guidance as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Job

You will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet market needs and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Position based in Auburn, NH with estimated 20-30% overnight travel.
