Job summary

DwyerOmega is seeking a Product Specialist to provide deep technical knowledge across our product suite. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing to ensure proper representation, implementation, and support in diverse industrial settings.

Responsibilities include maintaining product material accuracy, optimizing online listings with the marketing and e-commerce teams, and delivering technical support and presentations for clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, finance, or economics discipline.
• Fluency in English is required; second language or international experience is a plus.
• Strong technical acumen with ability to translate complex concepts into user-friendly explanations.
• Takes initiative and is committed to gaining knowledge to become a product expert.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for client demonstrations, conferences, and meetings.

• Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product suite, including technical specifications, applications, and integration capabilities.
• Digital Material Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, refine, and maintain digital product materials, ensuring accurate representation of product features, benefits, and technical details for online channels.
• E-commerce Collaboration: Work closely with the e-commerce team to optimize product listings, ensure accurate product categorization, and assist in devising strategies to improve online sales conversions.
• Customer Support: Provide technical support and solutions to customers, understanding their unique requirements, and ensuring that our products meet or exceed those needs.
• Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the sales and marketing teams to deliver accurate product presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations for prospective clients and partners.
• Feedback Loop: Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams by providing feedback from the field to drive product improvements and innovation.
• Training: Develop and conduct internal training sessions to ensure that all relevant teams are up-to-date with product changes, updates, and best practices.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the industrial sensing realm.
• Support operations team with ad-hoc requests addressing all phases of product lifecycle.

Salary Description

$55,000 to $70,000
