Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree required.
• Business degree a plus.
• Experience in a clinical lab or regulatory health care environment desirable.
• Microbiology experience preferred.
• Management experience or coursework preferred.
• MT/MLT (ASCP); HT (ASCP); CT (ASCP) highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and ensure accuracy of kit instructions, result forms, grading, evaluations, and summary reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements with an internal and/or customer facing focus.
• Provide leadership and training to Surveys staff, as well as staff from other departments.
• Serve as primary authority for assigned Surveys working with Technical Specialists.
• Assist in support of large program-wide project to streamline interfaces.
• Provide direction and consultative services internally on an ongoing basis.
