Job Description

Our Healthcare Client is looking to hire a Technical Product Manager for a multi-year remote work-from-home contract. The focus of this role is to partner with Software Engineering and the Business Organization to create product stability for the Utilization Management Product. We want to ensure outcomes are clear and will not impact the overall stability of the product. Responsibilities include change management, setting clear expectations, and communicating effectively with the business, vendors, and customers. The candidate will articulate user stories and break down feature work into manageable pieces.

We are looking for candidates with a Healthcare Industry background, with a detailed understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Claims Systems, and Clinical knowledge. You will work with external vendors, business stakeholders, and internal software engineering and architecture teams.

Product updates can impact product stability, and we need a Product Owner to help stabilize and communicate during these releases. Teams involved need to be aware if changes may impact stability.
