Ascend Learning is seeking a Technical Product Owner in a hybrid Gilbert, AZ role. You will translate market needs into features, drive backlog prioritization, and align delivery with the product roadmap while partnering with product managers and developers to meet customer needs.

You will act as a bridge between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS or related field.
Experience in agile environments preferred.
3+ years in project management, consulting, Agile development or IT.
Ability to translate business requirements into user stories.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Translate market needs into features and user stories with acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with product managers to refine requirements and feedback.
Prioritize backlog and guide sprint planning.
Maintain roadmap alignment and track feature delivery.
Prepare release notes and documentation for capabilities.
