Associated Bank is seeking a Technical Product Owner to bridge business goals and technology, delivering digital products that create value for customers. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and architecture teams to define technical priorities and guide development.

This role offers leadership of technical initiatives across cloud technologies, with emphasis on scalability, performance, and reliability, while growing your expertise in modern product delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years in information technology including software development and product ownership.
• 3+ years providing technical leadership or leading cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud services, C#, Python, Git/GitHub, SQL, Terraform, CI/CD, DevOps, RESTful APIs, React/React Native, and production monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to define technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead creation and refinement of technical epics, user stories, and non-functional requirements.
• Guide engineering teams with architecture decisions and clear direction.
• Prioritize backlogs with Product Owners and balance enhancements with technical investments.
• Support sprint planning and releases by removing technical roadblocks and ensuring readiness.
• Drive technical roadmap execution to improve scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Advise cross-functional teams on modern development practices and cloud technologies.
