Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of experience in information technology, including software or application development and product ownership.
• 3+ years of experience providing technical leadership or leading cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud services, C#, Python, Git/GitHub, SQL and relational databases, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, RESTful APIs, React or React Native, and production monitoring and support.

Responsibilities

• Define technical solutions that support business objectives with stakeholders.
• Create and refine technical epics, user stories, and non-functional requirements for delivery.
• Guide engineering teams on architecture, design, and implementation decisions.
• Prioritize backlogs with Product Owners, balancing enhancements with technical investments.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and releases by removing roadblocks.
• Drive technical roadmap for scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Advise cross-functional teams on modern development practices and cloud technologies.
