Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, business, or finance.
• 8+ years in information technology, including software or app development and product ownership.
• 3+ years of technical leadership or cross-functional tech initiatives.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS, C#, Python, Git/GitHub, SQL, RESTful APIs, React/React Native, Terraform, CI/CD, DevOps, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define technical solutions aligning with business goals.
• Create and refine epics, user stories, and non-functional requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure delivery readiness.
• Prioritize backlogs with Product Owners and balance tech investments.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and releases.
• Drive technical roadmap for scalability, performance, reliability.
• Advise teams on modern development practices and cloud tech.
