Job summary

Labcorp in Durham, NC seeks a Senior Director of IT Service Delivery to oversee end-to-end delivery of IT projects and initiatives within Biopharma Laboratory Solutions. This role supports hybrid work and can be remote.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and ensure governance, security and AI readiness across projects. The position requires extensive experience in IT project delivery, Agile and traditional PM methodologies, and AI-enabled solutions, with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
10+ years' IT project delivery experience including digital, data, or AI-enabled initiatives.
8+ years' experience managing teams with Agile and traditional PM methods.
1+ years' experience supporting AI-enabled solutions and AI lifecycle considerations.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT projects and initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Technical, QA, Architecture, and business groups to ensure production readiness and release readiness.
Track project performance using KPIs, sprint metrics, and dashboards; deliver concise status reports to stakeholders and executives.
Promote governance, security, and compliance standards including AI governance.
Facilitate post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement activities.
