Job summary

Genentech seeks a Technical Product Owner, RDT Lead - 3PD to drive the technical strategy and delivery for the Patient Strategy data ecosystem. You will unify data streams and guide architecture, governance, and AI/ML enablement across the enterprise.

You will lead cross-functional teams across data acquisition, ingestion, processing, and integration to ensure compliant, scalable solutions for personalized healthcare experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• 10+ years leading complex technical integrations and enterprise data products.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the 3PD strategy, roadmap, and backlog; translate business needs into scalable data capabilities and AI/ML enablement.
• Provide technical leadership across acquisition, ingestion, processing, storage, and consumption.
• Lead onboarding of external data sources, including mapping, validation, and quality.
