Job description

The Technical Product Owner will be a key stakeholder in technical projects and the development of our sites. Serving as an interpreter between product management, the content/SEO team, and the technical & development team, they will be involved in planning, testing, implementation, and alignment of technical solutions for our products.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

The Technical Product Owner will be responsible for optimizing the use of internal and external development resources through planning and prioritization, as well as assisting with the technical & development roadmap. Additional responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple projects and solving problems in a cross-functional environment
• Understanding the business value of solutions and managing their integration, development, and delivery
• Ensuring clear communication with stakeholders to align on features, deadlines, and project details
• Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team throughout the product lifecycle and creating requirements in Confluence as Epics and Stories
• Leading and coordinating SCRUM ceremonies with the team
• Managing the backlog, planning iterations, and elaborating user stories
• Planning product releases and setting expectations for new functionalities, including demos and documentation
• Conducting UAT, identifying bugs, creating tickets, and ensuring timely fixes
• Maintaining the product roadmap
• Sharing knowledge and evangelizing the product across international branches

TO DO IT, YOU WILL NEED:

• Strong knowledge of website & WordPress development, UX design, CMS, and mobile development
• Experience working in an Agile (SCRUM) environment, preferably with JIRA and Confluence
• A quality-conscious approach in all work aspects
• Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities under pressure
• Results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively at all levels of the business
• Self-motivated with minimal guidance needed
• Understanding of WordPress Gutenberg Blocks is an asset
• Ability to leverage AI technologies to automate, enhance product capabilities, and identify opportunities for AI integration to improve efficiency and user experience
