    • Acting as the primary point of contact for all decisions related to the services layer, balancing technical feasibility with business value.
  • Security and Policy Orchestration
    • Defining and overseeing the implementation of security policies and access controls between clients and services.
    • Ensuring compliance with enterprise standards for privacy, data integrity, non-repudiation, and trust.
    • Working closely with security teams to orchestrate authentication, authorization, and policy enforcement mechanisms.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensuring that all systems and processes align with relevant regulatory requirements, including GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California).
    • Collaborating with legal and compliance teams to stay updated on evolving regulations and incorporate them into system designs.
    • Developing strategies to address privacy, data protection, and consent management requirements.
  • API and Service Integration
    • Partnering with technical teams to design and manage APIs that enable seamless integration of AI capabilities across applications.
    • Ensuring APIs are scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
    • Collaborating on API lifecycle management, including versioning, deprecation, and monitoring.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Acting as a liaison between business owners and developers, ensuring mutual understanding of goals and requirements.
    • Facilitating workshops, meetings, and discussions to align priorities and resolve conflicts.
    • Translating technical concepts into business-friendly language for non-technical partners.
  • Strategic Development and Execution
    • Developing and maintaining a product roadmap for the AI services layer, ensuring alignment with enterprise AI initiatives.
    • Finding opportunities to improve system performance, security, and usability.
    • Monitoring and report on the performance of the services layer, using data to inform future decisions.
  • Documentation and Communication
    • Building and maintaining clear, concise documentation for API designs, security policies, regulatory compliance strategies, and orchestration workflows.
    • Providing regular updates to partners on project progress, challenges, and successes.
We want you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years' experience OR Master's Degree and 6+ years' experience in digital transformations, and AI model integrations are required.
• Familiarity with AI applications and capability patterns, and their integration into enterprise systems.
• Experience working in matrixed environments where collaboration across teams is critical.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, ideally in a technical or enterprise environment.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage a product backlog, balancing technical feasibility with business impact.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Strong sense of curiosity and passion for learning, as well as the ability to work independently in an evolving and changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively across functions.
• Experience orchestrating security and policy implementations between clients and services.
