Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Product Owner to lead the platform roadmap, backlog, and prioritization in a collaborative, Agile environment across Engineering, Operations, Architecture, and Security. You will translate customer feedback into investments while balancing user needs with operational risk and delivery capacity.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder management, measurable outcomes, and fostering innovation through team experimentation and learning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Lead, Scrum Master, or similar role.
• Experience working in Agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and influence across teams without direct authority.

What You'll Do:

What Experience You Need:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Lead, Scrum Master, or similar role.
• Experience working in Agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and influence across teams without direct authority.

What Could Set You Apart:

• Experience with Kubernetes, platform engineering, infrastructure, or cloud-native technologies.
• Familiarity with GitOps, platform automation, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience developing roadmaps, defining KPIs, and measuring business outcomes.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification or equivalent experience.

**Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.**
