Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Product Owner to own the platform roadmap, backlog, and prioritization decisions, translating customer feedback into strategic investments while balancing customer needs with technical strategy and risk. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Architecture and Security to drive outcomes and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, technical lead, Scrum Master, or similar role.
• Experience working in Agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and influence across teams without direct authority.

What You'll Do:

What Experience You Need:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Lead, Scrum Master, or similar role.
• Experience working in Agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and influence across teams without direct authority.

What Could Set You Apart:

• Experience with Kubernetes, platform engineering, infrastructure, or cloud-native technologies.
• Familiarity with GitOps, platform automation, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience developing roadmaps, defining KPIs, and measuring business outcomes.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification or equivalent experience.

**Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.**
