Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical or service role.

Responsibilities

• Manage product training structure and ensure materials are complete.
• Provide expert-level technical support and manage escalation.
• Liaise with Technical Support Groups to support local escalation.
• Manage all technical documentation associated with assigned products.
• Support and deliver training for the commercial team.
