Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Austin, TX, seeks a Technical Product Manager for RF, DSP, and FPGA embedded solutions. You will own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management, translating RF/DSP concepts into market-ready requirements and leading cross-functional teams to successful launches.

The role blends engineering depth with product leadership, interfacing with customers, sales, and executives to shape the technology direction and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years in RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded electronics.
• Strong understanding of FPGA architectures and RF systems.
• Knowledge of RF-to-digital signal chain including RF front ends, data converters, FPGA processing and DSP.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into product requirements.
• Experience with embedded electronics and/or firmware development.
• Strong communication with engineering, sales, customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product strategy for RF/DSP and FPGA solutions within the portfolio.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps based on customer needs and technology trends.
• Translate system-level requirements into product strategies and requirements.
• Develop business cases for new products and present to executives.
• Lead concept definition and support the NPI process from requirements to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements and prioritization.
• Work with sales and customers to understand market needs and opportunities.
• Prepare technical presentations, collateral, and training materials.
