Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Experience communicating across scientific and engineering teams.
• Ability to organize and document requirements.
• Experience with control systems hardware/software interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Translate roadmaps into actionable plans with milestones and owners.
• Create traceable requirement hierarchies from physics goals to subsystems.
• Define interfaces between subsystems: compiler, waveform, decoder, calibration.
• Define and manage requirements for subsystem testing and hardware validation.
• Develop test procedures to verify requirements are met.
• Coordinate priorities across theory, compiler, and software teams.
• Support translation of R&D output into product specifications.
