• Voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle to align with objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture to define scalable technical solutions.
• Support end-to-end product delivery: requirements, design, Agile delivery, testing, and production monitoring.
• Manage and refine requirements, user stories, and priorities to meet delivery goals.
