Job summary

Yaskawa America, Inc. is seeking a senior Product Manager to drive the complete lifecycle of Motoman products—from strategic planning and translating market needs into roadmaps to executing launches.

You will coordinate with engineering, marketing and sales to define requirements and bring products to market. The role requires strong business and technical vision, customer research, and the ability to travel up to 35% across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Material Science and Engineering, Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business/Economics with comparable industry experience.
• Minimum of 8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's of Science degree in Welding or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pre- and post-development activities of Motoman products as a solution liaison.
• Lead beta and pilot programs with early-stage products.
• Manage the product life cycle from strategic planning to market launch.
• Define product requirements through Voice of Customer and market research.
• Partner with marketing to define go-to-market strategy and product positioning.
