Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, IT or related field.
• 3+ years in product management focused on technical products.
• Expert in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DAD, etc.).
• Experience with user research methods (interviews, usability testing).
• Proficient in product analytics and data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to tailor for audiences.
• Decision-making to prioritise roadmap based on research and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensures ideation, development, launch, and post-launch are well-defined.
• Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Collaborates with engineering to define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Communicates clearly with customers, management, or peers.
• Conducts user research to translate needs into product requirements.
• Creates clear product presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborates with designers, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to launch.
• Defines KPIs, delivery timelines, and prioritizes backlog by value.
• Develops and prioritizes backlog based on user needs and feasibility.
• Creates and maintains product docs, including user guides and release notes.
• Measures product performance and reports results.
• Stays updated on industry trends and best practices in product management.
