Job summary

KeyBank is hiring a Consumer Bank Product Manager II to lead a team responsible for strategy, development, and performance of consumer banking products. The role drives profitability while managing risk, with oversight of portfolio metrics and acquisition strategies.

You'll collaborate across internal stakeholders to sharpen product offerings and customer value. The position requires 7+ years in financial services and product management, with preferred PMP certification and advanced degrees.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services or a comparable industry.
• 7+ years in product management with a focus on compliance and risk management.
• PMI PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and management of consumer banking products.
• Oversee product acquisition strategies, credit decisioning, and portfolio metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance offerings and service delivery.
• Use research, competitive intel, and data insights to target profitable client segments.
• Identify and resolve product and system inefficiencies affecting acquisition and relationships.
• Manage vendor relationships to support delivery and innovation.
• Coach and develop team members to meet performance goals.
