Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or related experience with ownership of product lines or portfolios.
• Demonstrated experience owning product strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes (P&L, pricing, forecasting).
• Experience with technical products (HVAC, building automation, industrial systems, or embedded hardware/software systems).
• Experience supporting product launches in operational or manufacturing-driven environments.
• Knowledge of BACnet, airflow control systems, or critical environment applications.

Responsibilities

• Own product portfolio strategy and roadmap aligned to market opportunities and business objectives.
• Define product requirements (PRDs/MRDs) based on VOC, field insights, and market analysis.
• Own product line P&L, including pricing strategy, margin performance, and revenue growth.
• Lead product launch and commercialization efforts, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
